Ani Hoang brings a unique, global perspective to everything she builds. As a Hungarian-Vietnamese marketer who grew up bridging two distinct cultures, she learned early on that dance and music are the ultimate universal languages: the few things capable of effortlessly uniting people across any border.
A passionate dancer since age 10, Ani combines her deep love for movement with extensive experience leading marketing strategy and business operations for international brands. For Ani, dance isn't just an art form. It's a powerful driver of community, connection, and culture.
Mads Singers
Co-founder
Mads is a people-management expert, business coach, and consultant who has spent his career helping entrepreneurs and executives build teams that actually perform, from scrappy founders to leaders at Shell, Coca-Cola, IBM, and Xerox.
At FindMyDance, he brings the operational backbone: the systems and leadership thinking that let studios run beautifully behind the scenes, while the dancing takes the spotlight.
